There's more to know...
Name one thing not many people know about you.
Many people don’t know how much I think, dream and worry. My mind never stops. It’s not that I hear voices, but I do think differently. It’s taken me over 40 years to understand this, but it’s helped me in my career and it’s definitely helped our company become who we are today.

Would you rather skydive or swim with sharks?
I would much rather Skydive. I actually did jump out of a perfectly good airplane with some good friends, customers and my brother. That was before I was married or had kids. Hope to do it again sometime. Any takers?

What are your pet peeves?
When I was a kid: Being tickled till I cried.

Something through life that has stuck with you?
Three things stick with me:
1. Would the child you were, be proud of the person you are?
2. Help everyone in life get what they want, and you’ll have everything you need.
3. All I need to know, I learned in Kindergarten. (Here's the entire poem.)
