Employee Number One at Metzgers, Tom has grown with the company to become co-leader with his brother Joe. The “nuts and bolts” half of the leadership duo, Tom oversees the operational side of the business, managing deliverables in every sector of print and production services.
Along with his brother Joe, Tom was featured in the cover story of industry publication Printing Impressions March 2009 issue, which called out the company’s comprehensive menu of design, print and fulfillment services.
A Toledo native, Tom is married and has two children, the youngest of which is now the third generation of Metzgers to work in the business.

Who inspires me: My two sons and all the people at Metzgers; I try to do and set a good example, (and hope they notice), as opposed to all talk or lecture.
What inspires me: Goal-setting; work hard to get that great feeling of Achievement!

Travel, yard-work, run, go to minor & major league baseball games at various ball-parks.
