- Target prospects receive a mailer (e-mail or postal mail) with a custom web address featuring their name.
- When they enter or click on the custom URL, they go to a personalized landing page with multiple components, including:
- A welcome page or message
- A brief survey designed to learn more about the prospect for future interactions. The survey can be connected to an incentive for completing the questions.
- An opportunity to update their personal information, adding another layer of information to your records.
- An acknowledgement or “Thank You” page once any portion of the microsite is updated or completed.
- The information is updated and usually impacts the content and offers of future communications.
