Recycling provides a double benefit – good for our earth, good for the bottom line – Metzgers staff continually seeks new ways to recycle, reuse and reduce. Here are a few:
- Papers with recycled content are featured among our customer choices, and we point out the advantages of using them over new paper.
- Waste sheets for the pre-press operations and all trimmed paper in post-press are collected and recycled.
- Waste inks are collected and recycled.
- Metallic printing plates are recycled.
- The staff collects and recycles cans, bottles and paper.
